To start selling, simply click “Become a Vendor”, upload clear photos of your parts, set your price, and begin selling instantly with Find My Parts’ secure system.
Intermediary Service Provider
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (Turkiye), Find My Parts acts as an Intermediary Service Provider by facilitating the formation of distance sales contracts. Find My Parts is not responsible for monitoring the content provided by users or investigating whether such content, goods, or services are involved in any illegal activities.
To ensure the operation of the 100% Secure Transaction System defined in this user agreement, the product owner appoints Find My Parts as their representative solely to collect payments for the products and/or services they offer for sale. Users who request used or personal spare parts fulfill their payment obligations under the agreement by making payments to Find My Parts, acting on behalf of the product owner.
If users revoke the above-mentioned representation authority, Find My Parts reserves the right to terminate the user agreement and cancel the user’s membership.

While browsing for new items on FindMyParts, why not turn your old belongings into cash?
Please refrain from selling products that are legally prohibited. The sale of such items is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove any products we deem inappropriate while striving to maintain FindMyParts as a safe and welcoming environment.
How to Sell and Buy?
Seller/Vendor Rules
FindMyParts provides a marketplace service that allows consumers to sell spareparts. To verify product delivery and ensure payment to the seller, it is mandatory to enter the shipping tracking information into the designated fields in the app after the sale. Sellers will receive their earnings once the delivery is confirmed through the tracking number and if no rules are violated. The sales process concludes with the buyer’s evaluation of the seller.
- The listed product must be legally owned by the seller.
- The product must not be prohibited by law.
- The product must not be among FindMyParts’s prohibited items.
- Detailed product descriptions must include size, brand, condition, actual photos taken by the seller, and other relevant information.
- Products must be shipped on time: Sellers are required to ship the product mentioned in their shipment policy.
- Shipping confirmation is mandatory: Sellers must accurately enter the tracking number into the system.
How to Buy?
Buyer Rules
FindMyParts offers a secure marketplace for users. Payment is not released to the seller until the buyer receives and confirms the product through the website. Once the buyer confirms the delivery, the payment is transferred to the seller’s after Withdraw Threshold period. If the delivered product differs from the listing description, the buyer can cancel the transaction and request a full refund. Buyers are protected by FindMyParts’s security policy if they follow the platform’s rules.
- Buyers are responsible for obtaining as much information as possible about the product before purchase (e.g., damage, tears, dents, stains, used, remanufactured etc.).
- Prohibited products must not be purchased under any circumstances.
- If the seller ships the product, ensure they provide the correct tracking number.
- Do not confirm the transaction until the product is delivered by the shipping company. Once a transaction is confirmed, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the product is not shipped:
- Sellers may request to cancel a sale if they cannot deliver the product.
- If the product is not shipped within the mentioned days, the buyer may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
- If the wrong product is shipped:
- FindMyParts will arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to the seller and will monitor the refund process.
- Refunds may be denied if the seller or buyer engages in inappropriate behavior.
- Once the return is confirmed, the transaction is canceled, and the buyer receives a full refund.
- If the product does not match the listing description:
- If the buyer complies with all rules and returns the product, FindMyParts will initiate the refund process.
- Refund requests may be denied if the buyer engages in inappropriate behavior.
- If the buyer fails to confirm delivery:
- If the buyer does not confirm the product within 3-5 business days of delivery, FindMyParts will automatically start the Withdraw Threshold Period to the seller.
- If the product is lost during shipping:
- Our customer support team will assist in investigating and resolving any lost shipment issues.
Ensuring FindMyParts security
Prohibited Products:
As a FindMyParts user, you must ensure that all transactions are conducted legally when selling or purchasing products. The following products are strictly prohibited on FindMyParts:
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Alcohol and alcohol-related products (including empty or full bottles)
- Products requiring government authorization for sale
- Firearms and knives
- Live animals
- Stolen goods or items with removed serial numbers
- Stocks, bonds, and securities
- Human organs
- Smuggled or illegally imported goods
- Unauthorized or pirated media (including software)
- Cultural and historical artifacts
- Lock-picking tools
- Pornographic materials
- Prescription drugs and medical devices
- Official uniforms and attire
- Lottery tickets
- Communication devices (e.g., radios)
- Bulk email address lists
- TV decoders and decryption devices
- Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
- Illegal drugs and related paraphernalia
- Tester perfumes
- Listings without actual products
- Flammable and explosive substances
- Banned publications
- Veterinary medical products
- Used or second-hand underwear and socks
- Chemical sprays (e.g., pepper spray)
- Any product prohibited by law
Products that may cause legal violations:
- Contracts
- Copyrighted materials
- Personal data (e.g., face photos, signatures, names)
- Games (unlicensed or less than five years old)
- Software (unlicensed copies)
- Trademarked products

FindMyParts Buyer Protection Guarantee
When you purchase a product from FindMyParts, your payment is not transferred to the seller’s account until the product reaches you. For the payment to be released to the SELLER/VENDOR, the SELLER/VENDOR must confirm that you have received the product via delivery comapany. Once it is comfirmed the seller has Withdraw Threshold Period.
What happens after the confirmation of the delivery?
3 business days after receiving the product, FindMyParts will consider the transaction successfully completed and transfer the payment to the seller’s account without waiting Withdraw Threshold Period. Once a transaction is confirmed to the SELLER/VENDOR, it cannot be reversed, and you cannot request a cancellation or refund.
Is the Product Not as Expected?
If the product you receive is damaged or differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact the SELLER/VENDOR via the “Get Support” or to admin@find-myparts.com within 3 business days of receiving the product. Once the delivery received and 3 business days period is confirmed, cancellations or returns cannot be processed.
If your request is approved, SELLER /VENDOR will provide you with the necessary return shipping information. Once the return is completed, your full payment will be refunded to your account or credit card.
Where Is Your Product?
If the SELLER/VENDOR does not ship the product within 7 business days (if there is no backorder and in stock) and does not communicate with you, you can cancel the transaction and receive a full refund. If your product is lost during shipment and does not reach you, FindMyParts support is always ready to assist you in contacting the shipping company to resolve the issue.
When Are You Not Covered by Buyer Protection?
Any sales conducted outside of the FindMyParts platform are strictly prohibited, as stated in our terms of use. Transactions made outside of FindMyParts are not covered by FindMyParts’s Buyer Protection. Users who attempt to conduct sales outside the platform or suggest completing a transaction externally will have their membership terminated without prior notice.
If you are a SELLER/VENDOR on FindMyParts, you are always safe and in good hands.
Safe and Secure:
If the delivery of your product can be verified through the shipping tracking number, and the buyer has not confirmed receipt within 3 business days, please contact us with your sales reference number. After the necessary checks are completed, the transaction will be approved without waiting Withdraw Threshold Period, and your earnings from the sale will be transferred to your account.

In case of any disputes between you and the buyer, FindMyParts will act as a mediator and assist you in reaching a resolution.
For sales made on FindMyParts:
- A 20.00-USD service fee (including VAT) is charged for products.
- A 10% service commission (including VAT) is charged for products sold.
- Withdraw Charges are 5%
- You can list as many products as you want for free on FindMyParts without paying any listing fees.

When you access the website or application, or use the Find My Parts services, the following actions will be considered a clear violation of the agreement:
- Violating laws, infringing on the rights of third parties, or breaching this agreement or its annexes.
- Selling counterfeit products or violating intellectual and/or industrial property rights (such as copyrights or trademarks) belonging to third parties.
- Sending spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic messages, or chain emails.
- Using Find My Parts services without legal capacity (e.g., being under 18 years old) or after being banned from membership.
- Failure to deliver products and/or services or failure to pay for purchased products and/or services.
- Listing products, services, or content in the wrong category.
- Manipulating prices or interfering with other users’ listings.
- Posting misleading, incomplete, or false content.
- Transferring your user account or username to another person without the written consent of Find My Parts.
- Distributing or spreading viruses or technologies that could harm Find My Parts or its users.
- Damaging Find My Parts’ infrastructure, including actions intended to manipulate the user review system.
- Accessing the system using robots or automated entry methods for any purpose.
- Collecting or storing personal information of users without their written consent.
- Reselling, sharing, distributing, reproducing, or creating derivative works from any intellectual and/or industrial property on the Find My Parts website or application (including but not limited to designs, text, images, HTML code, and other code) without written permission.
If you register on the site on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the relevant entity. Otherwise, you agree to be personally responsible for any legal disputes that may arise.
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that Find My Parts may monitor, process, store, and, if required by law, share any communication and its content between users conducted through the Find My Parts platform.
Both buyers and sellers agree that all products sold on the platform are considered remanufactured-oem-new-second-hand-used. Regardless of how a product is described or presented, it will always be treated as a product.
When offering products and/or services for sale on our platform, you agree to comply with the Listing Rules specified on our website www.find-myparts.com and within the application.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the listed products and/or services are current, legal, and accurately described. If the listed products and/or services are subject to legal restrictions, you agree to comply with these legal requirements.
- Products and/or services included in the Prohibited Items list or those prohibited by applicable laws cannot be listed for sale.
Prohibited Items Include:
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Alcoholic beverages and related packaging (empty or full)
- Books banned by the Ministry of Education
- Items requiring government authorization for sale
- Food products, beverages, and consumables
- Firearms, ammunition, and knives
- Live animals
- Stolen goods or products with removed/altered serial numbers
- Surveillance devices
- Securities (stocks, bonds, etc.)
- Human organs or body parts
- Contraband and illegally imported products
- Pirated and unlicensed products
- Cultural and historical artifacts
- Lock-picking tools
- Pornographic materials
- Used undergarments and socks
- Prescription drugs, medical lenses, and regulated medical products
- Official uniforms and attire
- Lottery tickets and gambling items
- Email address lists for bulk distribution
- TV decoders and encrypted broadcast equipment
- Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Tester perfumes
- Items that do not qualify as valid product listings
- Flammable and explosive materials
- Banned publications
Items That May Cause Legal Violations Include:
- Contracts and legal documents
- Copyrighted materials (e.g., unauthorized reproductions)
- Personal information (e.g., photographs, names, signatures)
- Games (licensed or unlicensed if released within the past five years)
- Software (including unlicensed copies)
- Trademarked products without proper authorization
By listing any product or service on www.find-myparts.com, you agree to these terms and confirm that your listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Violating these policies may result in the removal of your listings and suspension or termination of your account.
As a user, you agree that FindMyParts is not responsible for any legal proceedings, investigations, or lawsuits filed against FindMyParts regarding the products and/or services offered for sale or the transactions you make through the site, and you agree to provide all information and documents necessary for FindMyParts to defend itself as soon as possible. If a warning is received from third parties or any non-compliance is detected, FindMyParts has the right to remove the relevant content from the site. FindMyParts will not have any obligation to compensate the seller due to the removal of the products and/or services from the system. If it is determined that the seller offers prohibited products specified in the contract and products whose sale is prohibited by the relevant legislation and/or does not comply with the terms of the contract and the rules specified on the site, the seller’s membership may be suspended or canceled by FindMyParts.
FindMyParts will review applications made by persons who claim that intellectual and industrial property rights, including but not limited to trademark and intellectual property rights, have been violated. As a result of the applications, FindMyParts reserves the right to remove listings of products and/or services related to users and, if necessary, to suspend or cancel users’ memberships. By being a party to this Agreement, you acknowledge that FindMyParts may monitor, process all communications and their content between users through the site, and keep and store records of this content for at least 3 years as required by law, and provide them to relevant parties when necessary within the scope of legislation.
